Volupta Premium Freeze Dried Strawberries are sliced strawberries with the water removed and nothing else, leaving a light, crisp slice that melts on the tongue with the sharp sweetness of fresh fruit. One 5 oz bag holds the equivalent of about 3 lb of fresh strawberries, which is why the bag feels so full for its weight.
- 5 oz bag of freeze dried strawberry slices
- Crisp, airy texture that softens in milk or yogurt
- Shelf-stable alternative to fresh berries
Ways to enjoy: eat them as a crunchy snack, crumble over cereal, oatmeal or ice cream, fold into pancake batter, or blend into smoothies and baking.
Keep the bag sealed tightly after opening; freeze dried fruit softens if it sits open in humid air.
